This kit is based upon a 75' typical small town freight house constructed of board and batten siding. There are four loading bays, two on each side, as well as a platform for each side. Platform details such as boxes and barrels are included. HO version also includes milk cans and a hand truck for moving heavy loads. Actual size of completed structure is 5.5" X 10.5".
